Willersey celebrated its success in the first "Cotswold Life" Village of the Year Award with a spectacular village fete held on August the 20th in the picturesque North Cotswold community. Monies raised by the event have gone to a local village fund or future project.
The day featured all the activities you expect from a traditional fete with Morris dancers, live music, traditional games and sideshows. Willersey societies and organisations as well as the local village church and school took part by giving demonstrations and displays to show why Willersey is the best in the Cotswolds!
